Whether you’d like to entertain friends and family at home or simply brush up on your culinary skills, our Autumn series of Short 1‑Hour Cookery Classes is the perfect place to start. Each session focuses on one dish or meal from a different country, giving you a flavour-packed tour of global cooking in bite‑sized lessons. These classes are demonstration‑style, with participants in the kitchen as each dish is prepared and cooked. They’re ideal for beginners or improvers and designed to show you the ingredients, techniques and confidence you need to easily recreate the dishes at home.

This course will introduce you to simple, interesting and stylish food from around the world, all taught in a relaxed, informal and fun atmosphere. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 and a minimum of 4 participants. Each session includes printed recipes and the chance to sample all the dishes of the evening. Pre‑booking is essential
