This Autumn we’re running a series of Short 1 Hour classes, where each session will focus on one dish or meal. Classes are demonstration style, where participants are in the kitchen while each dish is prepared and cooked.  They’re geared towards beginners or improvers and designed to show you the ingredients and techniques you need to easily reproduce the dishes at home.  Numbers are limited to a maximum of 8 and a minimum of 4 persons, and at each session you will receive copies of all recipes and a chance to sample the food of the evening in a relaxed, informal and fun atmosphere. Pre-booking is essential.
